Online Payments

Tempest Investigative Agency only accepts payments from our website (this website) for our Palm Beach County Court Records Collection Service.  Payments for other services are made in person, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

Our online payment for records collections has been created to allow our clients who live further away from our office (other counties, or even in other states), to make a documented payment to begin (and conclude) our services.

Tempest Investigative Agency charges a $55.00 fee for our investigators to conduct a search of your records in the Palm Beach County Records System.

The process is as follows:

• You submit an online (or telephone) request for a records search;
• We contact you via email to acknowledge and accept your request;
• In our acknowledgement and acceptance email, we will include a link to PayPal which will automatically begin a short process for you to purchase a records check service from us in the amount of $55.00;
• Once you complete the payment process and we receive payment, we will send you a confirmation of your payment and we will begin your records search;
• When we discover your requested records, we will have certified copies made;
• You will be sent a request via email for a final ONLINE PAYMENT for the mandatory Palm Beach County fees for such copying, certification, and for your desired delivery method;
• If there are no records, you will be notified in writing, and you will not be charged additional fees.

 

We are pleased to offer a trusted and expedient method for you to secure your service with us.  Using PayPal is quick, efficient, and has been a primary supplier for online businesses for over a decade.  You can use your major credit (or debit) card for payment through PayPal and you need not have a PayPal account to use this payment method. 

 

Once your payment is received (usually within moments), we are obligated to begin our service for you.

Palm Beach County Records Search (Service Fee is $55.00)   NOTE:  This is a BASE SERVICE FEE for searching for your records.  This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.  If no records are available, you will be notified in writing.   If there are records on file, you are required to make a final payment for the actual costs of such records obtained from the Palm Beach County Courts, as well as for your desired delivery method.    The actual costs of document certification and copying are mandated by the Palm Beach County fee schedule located HERE.
