VHS Cassette to DVD Conversion (Transfer)

We offer Jupiter VHS to DVD Copying locally to our Jupiter neighbors who would like to drop off VHS cassettes at our office for transfer to DVD. Jupiter Private Investigator.

PRICING:  The price is $10 per VHS cassette for a straight transfer to DVD (DVD included).

Why would you want to copy your VHS cassettes to DVD?

• Making the transfer from VHS to DVD is a move in the right direction as magnetic tape (VHS) can easily be damaged from the Florida humidity, heat, and age.  These factors decrease video quality.
• Each time you play a VHS cassette, you lose image quality.  Even when your VHS tape is left in a box over time, the image quality decreases due to age.
• Transferring VHS to DVD extends the life of your videos - DVD engineers estimate that DVD audio/visual quality is expected to last approximately 100 years!  Of course, you must remember that even the sleeves that DVDs are stored in can produce micro-scratches.
• Ease of searching for a particular section of your movie.  VHS players are much slower in fast-forwarding than the search mechanism of a DVD player.  Plus, you have to rewind your VHS cassette, unlike simply ejecting your DVD.
• Transferring VHS cassettes to DVD will allow access to your family videos by a DVD player, which most households now own.  After the transfer, you can "toss" the old VHS cassette and save some valuable space in your closet!

• Give you better visual quality.  The transfer is direct, what you had on your VHS cassette, including static, blurriness, etc., will also be copied.
• Give you better audio quality.  Again, the transfer is direct.  Your DVD will have the same audio quality as the original.
